Atomic Habits (James Clear)
This book is the ultimate guide to forming good habits and braking down bad ones. It is really easy written and therfore easy to understand by anyone. The writer talks about the 4 most important steps of forming a habbit: (1) the cue, (2) the craving, (3) the response and (4) the reward. On each of those phases the James Clear tells you exactly how you can use those phases to make habits easier to do. It is supported by easy to understand images and graphs. The book also comes with a Habit cheat sheet, this sheet is basically a summary of this book but explained in 2 A4 pages. I will link this document down below as well. In the last part of the book when all the explaining about the 4 steps is done Clear also tells how he thinks that you should pick your habits (what habit fits you). There he uses a quote that really made me think about what I myself should do in life. The quote was: "Boiling water will soften a potato but harden a egg. You can't control whether you're a potato or an egg, but you can decide to play a game where it's better to be hard or soft. If you can find a more favorable enviroment, you can transform the situation from one where the odds are against you to one where they are in your favor". So in short this is probably the best and most easy self improvement book I have read so far!
